MUD SYSTEMS

FT ECO FLO NT Mud System
The polymer base FT ECO FLO NT systems have an ultra-high LSRV, FT ECO FLO is compatible with all completion techniques. FT ECO FLO NT can be custom designed drill-in fluid to provide minimal reservoir damage over a wide range of porosity and permeability, while providing an easily removable filtercake on drawdown that typically does not require breakers or acid clean-ups. This system has particular application in horizontal wells drilled in unconsolidated reservoirs.

FT GLY PRO System
An inhibitive, cloud point glycol water-based drilling fluid designed to meet difficult drilling targets with minimal environmental impact. This system can also be tailored for deepwater application.

FT PROTEC System
A silicate water base drilling fluid, which utilizes 5 – 15% v/v of sodium or potassium silicate solution to enhance inhibition and mechanical wellbore stability, particularly in highly fractured or unconsolidated formations.

FT K-TEC System
An Inhibitive Potassium System with the original KCl/PHPA low solids, non-dispersed drilling fluid system that is primarily used to drill moderately reactive shales.

FT EMUL-CLEAN System
A Synthetic Oil Base Fluid with cost effective invert Emulsion Drilling Fluid which is available with a choice of mineral or synthetic-based fluids, with use of the Shell GTL Saraline 185 V or clients choice of Base Fluid.

DRILL IN FLUID (DIF)
Custom designed drill-in fluid to provide minimal reservoir damage over a wide range of porosities and permeabilities, whilst at the same time providing an easily removable filtercake on drawdown that typically does not require breakers or acid clean-ups.
